Shipping worldwide

We ship worldwide! If your country is not mentioned in the shipping dialoge, please send us a message.

Your order (when in stock) will be send in: 4 working days. We collect all orders of the week!
If you need your order earlier, let us know.

When not in stock, this is mentioned at the page and check-out. We will keep you up to date regarding the progress of your order.

Receiving your order

We want to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. Please check your order on the day of receipt to make sure everything is complete and undamaged. If anything is missing or damaged, please let us know within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly and efficiently.

To help us assist you, we kindly ask you to:

please take photos of the following and send them to us:

• the entire outside of the package
• the opened package
• all inner packaging
• the complete product
• a close-up of the damage
• the shipping label on the package

And keep the box and all packaging materials until the damage claim has been fully processed.

With your help, we can handle the situation as smoothly as possible. Thank you for your cooperation!

Packaging

All the products have their own designed packaging. 

Gift packaging

If you like to send it directy to a person you want to surprise, all you have to do is fill in their address as shipping address and tell us it is a present.

Stock & delivery

Items marked on stock, are on stock. Therefore we can send them out within a few days. Items which are not on stock are marked with their delivery time. When back on stock, we can send them out within a few days.

Return policy

Not satisfied with the ordered product? Send us a message for confirmation and shipping info. Then ship the item back to us (at your cost) and we'll refund you or exchange the item for a different one. Attention: You'll have to request the return within 14 days of receiving the product.

Within 14 days after receiving back the item you ordered, we will transfer your money back. Normally we will use the method you made the payment with, to transfer back to.

The returned product needs to be new, unused and with its original packaging, to be able to make use of the return policy.

Custom ordered products

Items which are produced in accordance with the Buyer’s custom specifications do not apply to the Distance Purchase regulations and can therefore not be refunded.
